Even though April started with a snowstorm, it ended with some beautiful sunny days. The girls have been happy to spend nearly every waking moment outside.
Our neighbors have come out of hibernation as well and the girls have a new friend, Zenoh, who moved in a few months ago but who we just met now that it's sunny. He will be in Teya's kindergarten class in the fall and for the last week they've spent many hours playing back and forth between our two houses.
The girls #1 favorite activity to do outside besides jump on the trampoline is sidewalk chalk. The Easter bunny brought them some 3-D chalk and it was all the rage last week. The girls wear their 3-D chalk glasses everywhere. They're starting a new fashion trend : )
And of course sidewalk chalk means hopscotch
Teya's an old pro
And Brinley is really getting it now too.
I remember her jumping on the hopscotch last year with her little bob hair cut and squishy toddler belly. She's changed so much in a year!
Today I snapped a few pics after church because the weather was so nice. Here are my two handsome men.
And my lovely little ladies
I got these dresses as an option for Easter but we went with something different. (you'll see in the Easter post coming soon) Still love the bright springy colors though.
And here's my attempt to get all 3 smiling and looking at the camera. Guess that's the best we could do ; )

I love how easy it is for your girls to make friends. They look adorable in their spring dresses and I love Cam's little bib. Too cute. You need to call me and explain the game of hop scotch. I want to teach Noa but have no clue how to play also do you know 4-square? Love ya and enjoy your weather. It snowed over here yesterday :0(
p.s totally love the last picture trying to capture their smiles. Brinley's face is the best. LOL
I can't believe how big Brinley is getting! Holy cannoli! (cannoli's yum! :) Super cute pics! Miss you guys. Lots of love from Flagstaffville.
Hold up. Sorry, I just read Sarah's post...how do you not know how to play hopscotch? That's unamerican!:) Becca, call your sister and teach her that game--STAT!!!
At first glance of the first pic I thought it was Cam all grown up...dark with a great smile. The kids are lookin good. Wish we could get a little nicer weather.
Ahh this post does just look so sunshine-y and great. So cute Teya has a neighbor friend she'll go to Kindergarten with! Your neighborhood reminds me of VA.. just the house styles and the black asphalt driveways, I love it, makes me want to move :). Love the girls' dresses, too, they are so vivid and cute!
I love the pic of Brinley mid-hop.. that pic should win an award!! The girls are so beautiful and Cam's quite the handsome little chunk :)
Seriously, shorts and t-shirts?? We still haven't quite gotten to that here yet! church outfits are precious. You have such a beautiful little family. And I LOVE Brin's expression in the last picture. Love love love.
I need to let my little kids play outside more - I wish we lived in your neighborhood. Our front yard isn't great for playing, and our backyard is awful, and I'm usually not up for taking everyone to the park. Seeing your happy kids outside all the time makes me want to be better, though. I love the bright dresses!
