Banana Crumble Muffin Recipe

I added a 1/2 tsp vanilla and substituted 1/3 cup of olive oil for the butter to lose the trans fats : )

Made these!~ They were delicious. And I used half applesauce/half oil and they still worked out great (although I was doubling the recipe, so I still used 1/3 cup oil).
