Has anyone ever heard of a baby sitting up on their own when they're not even 3 months old?! Well if you haven't, now you have. I present to you, Brinley, the super baby!
Okay, before you get too excited, I have to confess, she can only hold herself up for like 3 seconds. Then she folds over and looks more like this:
Still, I think she's a pretty strong little baby for her age. At her 2 month appointment her Dr. was surprised that she could already hold her head up at a 90 degree angle while on her belly. She can also already roll over to one side and can grab my hands and pull herself up to a standing postion by supporting her weight on her legs. I don't know people, maybe I'm just an excited mom, but I think we may have a future Olympian on our hands! : )

WOW WOW WOW!!! That is just awesome Liam just turned 5 months and we are still doing the folded in half tripod thing! GO BRINLEY!!
I must say that the title of this post reminded me of Dora's Super babies episode. Have you seen it? They sing this SUPER BABIES, SUPER BABIES song..and now it's stuck in my head! :)

Dude! That is amazing! Brooklyn was almost 6 months when she sat up and almost three months the first time she rolled over! Brin's a genius! If she keeps this up, she'll be able to chase Brooklyn around by the time we get there!

Watch out. My oldest was the same way. Trying to sit at 3 month, totally doing it by 4. Then crawling by 6, stairs by 7 and walking by 8 months!!! It was hard to keep up, but since she was my first she was my only... My 2nd waited a month longer, but when the 2nd becomes mobile that's when life REALLY changes...
I'm pretty sure that's impressive! None of mine ever did that.

Ashlee I can't believe your oldest was walking by 8 months!! If Brinley is on that path then I'm in trouble! I can barely keep Teya reigned in, with two mobile ones I'm going to need kid leashes!
no kidding! you really DO have a future olympian on your hands. :) i wonder what her event will be? hmmmm. guess we'll have to wait a while to find out! she's so CUTE.

Wow...baby Brinley! That is fast! I love the expression she has on her fast...it like "what?"...and picture #2 has the cutest smile. Maybe all this "hitting the milestones early" means that she'll be walking soon :). Good luck with 2 walking babies.
That really is amazing. It took Callie FOREVER just to do the little fold over sit. Maybe Brinley is motivated to keep up with her big sister!
Yeah, she's amazing all right! But are you sure you want her to do everything so early? She's going to lose her "baby" status pretty quickly if she's walking at 6months! I'm already having a hard time with my 2 year old not being a baby anymore. I won't be able to handle it if she grows much faster! :-) She's beautiful!
