So as far as her accent goes, she doesn't say ya'll or anything, but she stretches one syllable words into two. For example, the words "down, bath, self, and help", now sound like "day-own, bay-ath, say-elf, and hay-elp." The funniest is help because she says it all day long. "Mama I need hay-elp, hay-elp please mama!" Anyway, it is probably the cutest thing I've ever heard and I'll be sad when we move and she loses it. For now though, I'm enjoying the sweet sounds of my little southern belle.

How cute! I can just imagine. Haha. I love southern accents! Maybe you'll start picking it up too!
That is so cute. She'd fit right in with my family. My kids always manage to develop strange accents no matter where we're living. Rachel does the same thing as Teya - she stretches everything into two syllables. She always sounds like a little Texan even though nobody in Austin has an accent.
Too cute! Get lots of video w/ audio!!
Ooh, that was my thought too. Make sure you video it! Sounds adorable!
Oh, how I miss that! Haela did that too and I LOVED it! She has lost it now and says things Chicagoian which I am not as fond of! Oh well, it is amazing how kids pick things up!
