Snapshots from the latest happenings....

This may be the last time Teya's pretty smile looks like this because both of those front teeth are wiggly jiggly and I'm guessing in a few days she'll be 2 dollars richer and rockin' a spacious gap in that smile.

The other day Brinley and I gave each other mani-pedis and did a little photoshoot while Teya was at school and Cam was napping. Love me some one on one Brinley time : )

I think her favorite part was hamming it up for the camera. Such a funny girl : )

Lately I've been so busy that I feel like I haven't been very social, so last week I invited a bunch of the ladies over for lunch and it was awesome eating good food and having some girly chat time.

Cam wanted in on the picture taking ; )

And on Saturday we went to a fundraising dinner for our friend Rob who is running the Boston marathon as a charity runner. His wife Darby is an AMAZING cook and she made an incredible dinner and then held a live auction to raise more money from her homemade desserts.

Here is a sampling of the goods for sale. Cheesecake, German Chocolate cake, Raspberry Vanilla cake, Coconut Cake, Apple tart, apricot crisp, peanut butter ice cream pie, and triple sin brownies all HOMEMADE FROM SCRATCH. Some of of these babies were going for $25-$30 a piece, and well worth it!

We snagged some coconut pie, a brownie, and a slice of this heavenly creation. I was glad we had both run an 18 miler beforehand, made me feel a little less guilty about eating 3 super rich desserts in one night : )

I can't wait to see a toothless smile from Teya - I'm picturing it to be very adorable. And I love Brinley's photo shoot - she does the best little poses. Mostly I cannot stop looking at the picture of all those desserts. Seriously! I am so craving all of that right now. Unfortunately I have never even run 3 miles in a row, so I shouldn't be thinking about trying to figure out how to make all of those.

You girls are so adorable...and Teya will always have a beautiful smile, baby teeth or not. :) I am drooling looking at all of those desserts. Oh. My. Goodness. YUM! Hope everything is going well and you guys are staying sane with your crazy schedule!

PS...I am loving the long hair! You are HOT! :)

Wow I can't believe Teya is losing so many teeth already, Makenzie hasn't had any loose yet. Kenz didn't get her first tooth until she was almost 8 months old though (kinda late) so I'm guessing she'll be a little late on losing them, too. Teya is so beautiful and I bet she'll look super cute with those teeth missing.
I love all the pictures of Brinley- she is such an Uda girl! She looks so much like you and your sisters in that first picture to me.
And those desserts look crazy amazing. Makenzie walked in and saw the german chocolate cake and GASPED. She says yummy. :) Seriously, wow, great way to fundraise!

Does it seem like Teya is losing her teeth early? Wow! I can't wait to see the no front teeth shot :) You look so great in that picture with the blue shirt, btw. The marathon training is paying off!!!!

Teya is absolutely gorgeous in her pretty smile pic. She looks so ethnic too. And that Brinley sure does remind me of someone... I wonder who that could be :)

Thanks for being such a great example of making things happen. I get so nervous hosting things but I see your blog and think maybe I can do that too.

Those desserts look amazing. I am doing a challenge for Tau's work where I can't have sweets for 6 weeks. 2 weeks to go and then I'm getting me some cake and ice cream with milk. Yummo
