Last summer our friends Dave and Jodi introduced us to the most amazing and delicious life changing dessert I have ever eaten in my life. It is the apple pie caramel apple from the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. It's an apple dipped in caramel, white chocolate, and brown sugar and cinnamon. From the first bite I knew I would never be the same. When we moved away from Utah I went through withdrawal not having access to these decadent wonders. I didn't know how I would get by, but then everything turned around a few weeks ago when they opened a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory at our new mall!!! Now I'm trying to make it a family home evening tradition to eat one every Monday night. I mean, hey, an apple a day keeps the doctor away right? : )

Amen to the greatest treat ever invented. For those non-believers, just give it one try and you will be hooked for life! I am so glad that you have a Rocky Mtn. that can fulfill your cravings. (A little slice of Utah in your local mall!) I now want to go get one tonight!

Yay! I'm so glad you guys went and got one Helen! They are so good huh? I told Taber and he was so happy that we converted another couple to best dessert ever!
