Pregnancy update!

Spring is here and my belly is in full bloom! My tummy has grown quite a bit in the last few weeks and has really popped out. Maybe it's because I'm short, but more likely it's because I just really love to eat : ) I got plenty of comments about it at church on Sunday, especially from my precious 12 year old Sunday school kids who said something like,"Wow, your baby must be huge!" I thought it was sweet that they didn't say YOU are huge. Bless their hearts.
I'm feeling good though. With my bigger size I've definitely slowed down a bit. It's harder to carry Teya around and she's thrown plenty of fits because I won't hold her. I figure she'll have to get used to that though once the baby is here. Also with my bigger belly has come the always fun occurrence of heartburn. : ( Rolaids, Tums, and Mylanta are my new best friends! I don't go anywhere without them!

The baby is really packing some punches these days and Taber has been able to feel some impressive kicks. She is very active and gets especially hyper when she hears kids playing. Seriously, when we were in Utah and Teya and her cousins were running around, screaming in delight, the baby was pounding on me like she couldn't wait to come out and join the fun. I think she's going to be a party animal. : ) Also while we were in Utah we went to a little Gender Ultrasound place at the mall to get another peek and we were able to confirm that she is indeed, still a girl.

So that's the latest and greatest on my pregnancy! Just 12 and 1/2 weeks to go!

Wow, you look great! I can see the pregnant glow! You look so pretty pregnant:) I had heartburn too but mine was super bad every single day so I had to be prescribed prevacid. I hated it. But the medicine helped a lot. That's cute that she wanted to come out and play! I remember when we saw the movie Dream Girls, Chenoa kicked like crazy...maybe she wants to sing? haha. jk. I'm excited for you! Makes the idea of being preggers again seem not so bad! (uh-oh, did I just say that?!)

You look great - I love your shirt, too.

Teya is going to love having another little party animal to play with.

I haven't gotten heartburn yet with this pregnancy, but if you're sick of Tums, etc., a few of my sisters swear by Papaya pills for heartburn while pregnant. I looked it up on the internet, and I guess a lot of people prefer those - you can find them at a lot of health food stores or online.

I think you are probably one of the cutest pregnant women I have ever seen! Teya is such a cutie, we really need to get together and let the kiddos play!

Oh my... THAT is big??? Crazy, you look amazing, I'm 5'9" and you look like me at 3 months, not 12 weeks to go! Oh, and when my heartburn was really bad my Dr let me take a daily heartburn medication... It was Prilosec, and it helped SO much, it was amazing. Good Luck, can you believe that Graduation was just a year ago??? Crazy!

Thanks for all your sweet comments! Especially yours Ashlee! You are so sweet to say that!

Also thanks for all the heartburn advice, I think I'm going to try to get a prescription for something stronger from my Dr. because the Tums just aren't cutting it!
